2024 was another eventful year for Yulio VR and as we approach the end of December, we always like to take some time to reflect on the year and remember our highlights and the lessons we learned, and think about how VR in Architecture is rapidly evolving.
This year was full of exciting events that we were able to attend and connect with people to show them the power of Yulio. We always love industry events as a chance to showcase our latest features and also see the future of the industry we are so proud to be a part of.
We also got to bring some exciting new features to Yulio users this year. We are always working to make Yulio a more comprehensive presentation tool for architects, designer,s and sellers and it’s great to see our users respond to these feature drops.
And finally, this year we put together some great content for our library. New videos, whitepapers and knowledge base articles were created to continue to provide inspiration and guidance for both new and continuing users.

Industry Events
2024 was a year marked by exciting industry events and valuable connections. We were thrilled to participate in several key events, including:
- NeoCon: As a premier platform for the commercial furniture industry, NeoCon offered us the opportunity to showcase our latest VR solutions to a global audience of architects, designers, and industry professionals. We engaged with thought leaders, explored emerging trends, and strengthened our position as a leading provider of immersive design tools.
- The CET Experience: This immersive event provided us with a unique platform to connect with industry peers and share insights on the latest advancements in design technology. We were excited to highlight how Yulio VR can enhance the design process, from the initial concept to the final walkthrough.
- Yulio Jump Week: Our very own week-long webinar series, Yulio Jump Week. We hosted a series of informative sessions covering a wide range of topics, from basic tutorials to advanced techniques. These webinars empowered our users to maximize the potential of Yulio VR and create stunning virtual experiences.
By participating in these events, we reinforced our commitment to the design community and solidified our position as a key player in the VR industry.
Features to Empower Our Users
In 2024 we continued to roll out new features for Yulio VR to ensure our users have access to a VR presentation tool that meets their needs and allows them to present their VR projects in the best light.
This year we introduced features such as:
- AR Hotspots for CET Designer and SketchUp – AR hotspots are now seamlessly integrated with CET Designer and Sketchup. Creating Augmented Reality elements couldn’t get any simpler. Tag your objects and render with Yulio Jump – it’s that easy. Let your clients see your products right within your space save time and save costs on mockups. AR helps you create immersive presentations in a headset, or with your tablet or phone on the go. This is just a reminder that they are available in Revit too!
- Improved Hotspot Customization – customize the look of your hotspots now in Yulio for easy color coordination and improved navigation for your clients
- Yulio Project Traffic Report - Yulio’s Project Traffic Report tool allows you to view a report of viewer traffic across all VR projects in your account. With the Project Traffic Report, you can see data including when, where, and how your projects are being viewed to help you have a better understanding of how your clients are engaging with your projects.
- New Training Webinars – This year we’ve continued to provide our regular training webinars as a way to bring people into the Yulio Ecosystem and get up and running with the tools. We have added some new webinars over the year to address more topics that our users have wanted to see. Make sure to add our upcoming webinars to your calendar in 2025
Yulio Content Highlights
This year we created a lot of content to educate, empower, and embolden Yulio VR users. Our blog is going strong, but we have created content with feedback from our community that we are proud to share and highlight here for you.
- Pomerantz & Co. Client conversation – We recently got to sit down with Alexandria Skwarlo from A. Pomerantz & Co. to discuss Yulio. As someone with extensive experience in the contract furniture industry and a passion for blending creativity with technology, Alexandria has leveraged Yulio VR to elevate her marketing campaigns and client presentations. In our conversation, Alexandria shared insights into how Yulio fits into her workflow, enhances client interactions, and even solves challenges like virtual mock-ups during remote work periods.
- Champion VR Whitepaper – We’ve heard some of the challenges people can face when bringing VR into their business. To help, we have produced a comprehensive guide on how someone can champion VR at their business and some ways to pitch bringing VR to higher-ups and decision-makers
